PiYo is my jam!!  It’s inspired by Pilates and Yoga but it is neither!  It’s a music driven, choreography based full body workout. We start with a warmup, take some sun salutations into an excellent lower body block that takes us to a full body fusion then a 3 minute cardio blast rounding out with a beautiful flow and core.  Excellent cross-training for dancers!

I burn between 400 to 600 calories depending on how hard I decide to push. Low impact. High intensity.

All you need is a yoga mat ♥️
